Benelli has launched the Benelli Leoncino 250 in India at Rs 2.5 lakh (Ex-Showroom, Delhi), making it the most affordable Benelli sold in the country.  Leoncino 250 is a 249cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor that produces 25.8hp and 21 Nm of torque. According to Benelli, this is a compact and authentic neo-retro motorcycle with an edgy character and innovative lines, typical of the Leoncino range. The Benelli Leoncino 250 is powered by a single-cylinder, four stroke 249cc engines. That comes with a double overhead camshaft with 4-valves per cylinder, electronic fuel injection with a 37 mm throttle body. That engine producing power 25.8PS at 9250 rpm. This bike has developed maximum torque of 21Nm at 8000 rpm.

As for other equipment, the Benelli Leoncino 250 comes with a 41mm upside-down front fork and preload adjustable monoshock at the back. The bike comes with 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends, shod in 110/70-R17 tyre up front and 150/60-R17 tyre at the back. Braking systems are control by a 280 mm floating disc with a four-piston calliper at the front and a 240 mm disc with a single-piston floating calliper at the back with dual-channel ABS, while it’s mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

The instrument console is fully digital and clearly visible in all conditions. The full led headlight assembly is designed to remind of its elder sibling, the leoncino 500 but with a fresh on design to give it a distinguished appearance.

The body type is cafe racer bikes and length 2030 mm, width 840 mm, height 1115 mm. Leoncino 250 comes with 12.5 litres fuel tank capacity and reserve capacity is 2 litres. Ground clearance is about 170 mm and kerb weight is about 162 kg. The bike comes in four shades White, Grey, Red, and Brown. Which are makes more stylish of this bike.
